RMJ Machine Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2000 in the entrepreneurial spirit of providing quality, precision and service in the machining industry. Roger and Melissa Cash have built the business from being the only employees in a small rented garage, to employing 20+ people in our new 10,500 square foot building. The goals of RMJ Machine have remained the same - producing a quality part with precision machining while giving excellent customer service.

Today, the second generation continues that tradition.  Justin Cash, Roger and Melissa's son, has been with RMJ nearly 20 years. He worked his way up from the shop floor through sales and operations, gaining hands-on experience in every part of the business.  Justin now runs the day-to-day operations, carrying forward the company's commitment to quality, precision, and service while driving RMJ Machine into the future.

Our staff has decades of experience in the manufacturing sector. We pride ourselves in having employees that care about how well a part looks and how well it functions. Our craftsmanship is second to none and our sales department works hard to not only establish, but maintain customer satisfaction throughout the process.
